Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it gets processed. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item, contact our customer service team with your request.

When will my order ship?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification.

Expedited shipments must be placed by 12 PM Eastern Time to be shipped same-day.

** We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our express shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

What is your return policy?

Not in love? No problem. We accept returns and exchanges within 28 days from your order shipping date. You can receive a full refund to the original form of payment within 28 days from the shipping date. After 28 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. For members, the first return and exchanges are free on all U.S. orders. Non-members and additional returns for the same order will incur an $8 handling fee.

A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment, as items in these conditions won’t be accepted. Please note that items not meeting our return requirements, including those that are damaged or show significant wear and tear, cannot be refunded or returned to the customer at this time.

How do your clothes fit?

Our products are generally true to size. Depending on the style, some styles are more fitted, and some styles are oversized. Please refer to the fit notes and general size guide. Most product listings have garment measurement info on the product page you can reference as well.

What is the membership?

There are two types of Few Moda memberships - quarter and annual. The quarterly membership is $39 per quarter, and the annual membership is $120 per year. Both plans come with free shipping, exchanges, and returns on all U.S. orders - perks reserved for members only.

What happens when a refund is issued?

If you used rewards points when making the refunded purchase, the redeemed points will be reimbursed and will retain their original earning date. This means that their expiration date will be the same as it was before they were used.

What do we mean by "same manufacturer as leading brands"?

At Few Moda, we connect high end manufacturers directly with our customers. All our manufacturer partners go through an audit process where we screen things like working conditions, craftsmanship, as well as who they have produced for in the past.

When a product is labeled "same manufacturer as", this means that we have learned that either the fabric manufacturer or the production facility has previously worked with the named leading brand. In the case of fabric, it indicates that the same fabric manufacturer has supplied materials to the named brand previously. In the case of production, it indicates that the manufacturer has also produced for the named leading brand in the past. We believe that a manufacturer's history with renowned brands is a strong indicator of their product quality and craftsmanship. This statement does not imply that the exact garment was made by the manufacturer for the named brand or that it is the same exact product those leading brands carry.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a Return or Exchange, head over to returns.fewmoda.com and enter your email. We’ll send you an email that links to your order history — from there, you can select which items you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.

For exchanges, you can try a new size for any style when selecting which items you’re sending back, based on available inventory. We’ll ship the new size as soon as your return package is dropped off and scanned by the shipping carrier, so we recommend dropping off all returns as soon as possible!

What is your shipping policy?

If you are a member shipping within continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories, standard shipping is always free to you. A $10 standard shipping fee applies to non-member orders within the U.S.

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 12 p.m. EST to be shipped the same business day.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery yet. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following U.S. holidays:

How long does a refund take to process?

Please give us at least 7 business days for our warehouse to get the return and process it. This allows us to carefully inspect and account for every item. During the holiday season, processing times may extend to up to 14 business days.

Once our system issues the refund, we will send an email confirmation. You’ll likely be credited back within seven days, though every bank and payment method is different.

How do duties and taxes work?

How duties, taxes and other customs fees are treated is dependent on what country you are shipping to. You can choose to prepay at checkout or pay upon delivery.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart.

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and
Duties charged for processing by your country.

In some cases you will see “Fees” listed along with duties and taxes when selecting to prepay at checkout. Additional fees, when applicable, may include customs clearance fees, dangerous goods fee, remote area surcharge, high value goods clearance, broker clearance, among others.

Few Moda guarantees you will not be required to pay any additional cost on delivery when you prepay these fees at checkout, by selecting to prepay duties and taxes at checkout.

If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. Few Moda is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.

Yes! We’ll notify you when you’re within 31 days of your renewal date. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle, but if you’d like to cancel, be sure to do so before your renewal date to avoid any charges.

Which purchases can I pay in installments on?

Any product (other than the quarterly and yearly memberships) with the Shop Pay Installments option on the product page can be purchased using this payment method.

What is the membership cancellation policy?

You may cancel your membership at any time. If you have not placed any orders* during your current membership cycle, you may cancel within 30 days of the start of the cycle for a full refund, and your plan will be terminated. To request this refund, please contact our customer service team, as refunds are not automatically issued. After this period, cancellations are processed only at the end of the billing cycle.

If you have placed orders during your membership, you may still cancel, and your access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

*Please note: If you placed an order but returned it in full, this does not qualify for a refund, as a purchase was made.

My installments payments using Shop Pay was rejected - why?

Is Few Moda open to international customers?

We welcome international customers — whether you're a member or not.

However, the perks of free shipping, returns and exchanges are only available to members residential addresses in continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories. We currently do not offer free shipping, returns and exchanges to members in international locations, but we hope to do so in the near future.

Are there late fees if I paid with installments?

No, if you paid with installments, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

Question 36

How does the membership credit work? Will my credit expire?

Accepted Answer

Annual members receive $120 in membership credits each year. The first $30 credit is automatically added to your account after placing your initial membership order. After that, $30 credits are issued every 90 days, each valid for 90 days—perfectly timed for when the next credit becomes available.

After 90 days any unused membership credit will expire and the new credit for that quarter will appear in the account again. Membership credit used on returned and refunded orders will be fully refunded.

What happens if I need to make a return on my order that was paid in installments?

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Does my quarterly membership come with membership credit , too?

Is there a free-trial option for the membership?

No. There is currently no free trial available for the membership. However, you can shop as a non-member and join the member community whenever you’re ready to take full advantage of everything we offer.
